Two great international vines are exalted in the Sicilian terroir. It has a ruby red color with violet reflections. It has an intense, full aroma, reminiscent of red fruit and vanilla sweets. In the mouth it is fresh, soft, balanced, with a complex aftertaste that recalls cocoa and vanilla notes. A wine of great structure, but which does not lose elegance and drinkability.
Ideal for red meats and aged cheeses, it can be combined with cut fish-based preparations such as tuna or swordfish.
