Jhaz Wine & Liquor is a cozy cafe with complete liquor selection based in Makati, Phils. Our delivery service is now accessible online via www.jhazliquor.com which allows you to order premium liquor brands and have it conveniently delivered to your home, office, or any address.
What kind of liquor is available on Jhaz Wine & Liquor?
We carry a wide selection of imported and craft beer, wine and champagne and a large selection of spirits including whisky, gin, rum, tequila, vodka, brandy, cognac, soju, liqueur, etc. Our entire selection with pricing is available on our site www.jhazliquor.com
Do you carry mixers?
Yes, we do! Available mixers are tonic water, club soda, ginger ale, Coca-Cola, and Sprite among others.
What areas do you cover?
For on-demand delivery, we cover the following cities:
Within 60 minutes - Makati and Taguig
Within 90 minutes - Rest of Metro Manila (Caloocan, Las Piñas, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Pateros, Quezon City, San Juan, and Valenzuela).
For standard shipping, we cover the Philippines nationwide through our courier partners.
What if I have issues with my credit card payment?
If you encounter any issues when paying via debit/credit card kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
What if I am outside the on-demand delivery area but I want my order in less than 1-2 days?
You can still place your order but we do not guarantee a 90-minute delivery for areas not currently in our on-demand service. We will deliver it as soon as possible.
How fast do you deliver?
If you select on-demand delivery, we strive to be at your location within or before 90 minutes barring any unforeseen difficulties such as a heavy downpour, accidents, calamities or other extreme situations involving our riders.
For standard shipping outside Metro Manila, we outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 7-15 days. Once your order has been picked up by our courier, you should receive a corresponding tracking number which you can enter on the courier’s website to check on the status of your package.
If you have waited patiently and have not received your package within the prescribed number of days (1-2 days for Metro Manila / 7-15 days elsewhere), kindly email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to check with the courier regarding the status of your package.
Are you open 24/7?
We are open every day! Your orders will be processed and delivered according to the following schedule:
Monday to Sunday
Store hours: 8 AM - 10 PM
Delivery hours: 8 AM - 8 PM
So what happens if I order outside your operating hours?
You are always free to place an order online even outside our operating hours but we will start processing it once we resume operations.
For orders that involve standard shipping within Metro Manila or Nationwide, you are free to order anytime and your order will be processed within the shipping time frame given.
What are your delivery fees?
For orders within Metro Manila, the delivery fee is ₱99 for on-demand / same day delivery and ₱49 for next day delivery.
For provincial orders, the delivery fee will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery address based on the rate of our courier partners. You will find the delivery fee for your order upon checkout.
We offer FREE delivery for orders worth ₱5,000 and above within Metro Manila!
Is there a minimum amount for my order?
Yes. Minimum order for Metro Manila is ₱499 before shipping fees.
What does "lowest price online" mean?
We closely monitor online pricing of other similar websites on an ongoing basis. While we exert best effort to maintain lowest online prices for specific products with the badge, we cannot guarantee that it will be updated real time. Due to the nature of online pricing that can change at any moment, our promise is that it is the lowest price online at the time of our last monitoring. If any pricing is inconsistent with our claim, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be more than glad to review this for you and make necessary changes.
What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, credit or debit cards, GCash, and PayMaya.
Can I send an order to another person as a gift?
This is possible as long as the order is pre-paid and the recipient is informed that he/she will receive something from us. This option is not possible for cash on delivery.
You may also choose to send a note on a gift card. Please leave the message on the note section when you check out and we would be happy to send your order with a greeting.
What if I encounter a payment or ordering issue on your website?
If you receive a confirmation email, then we received your order and will process it accordingly. If you did not receive a confirmation email, kindly send an email to email@example.com to check on the status of your order.
What is the no show fee?
In cases where nobody is around to receive your order, our rider will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from arrival at the designated delivery address for orders below ₱5,000 and for a maximum of 30 minutes from arrival at the designated delivery address for orders amounting to ₱5,000 and above.
Our Customer Support team will attempt to contact you during the said time frame and if we are not able to get in touch with you or your representative, we reserve the right to cancel your order and charge a “No Show Fee” in the amount of ₱200.
What if I want to have my order re-delivered?
You may opt to have your order re-delivered for a fee amounting to ₱200.
Do you deliver to pickup points?
We only deliver to fixed addresses. We do not meet up in pickup points. If we determine that your address is a pickup point, Jhaz Wine & Liquor has the right to cancel the order.
Do you give bulk discounts?
We give discounts for a minimum order of ₱50,000. Our prices are already cheaper than convenience stores and generally at par with liquor stores so we only give bulk discounts for a minimum order of ₱50,000. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
I am looking for a specific bottle that you don’t have on the website. Who can I contact?
We do take special orders for rare/hard to find bottles or anything else you may have in mind that we don’t currently list on the website. Please send an email to email@example.com
What happens if I want to return an item?
All sales on jhazliquor.com are final. You must inspect the items upon receiving them from our rider and once received in good condition, the sale is considered final.
