Produced using grain exclusively from the Råbelöf estate in Sweden, Absolut's Elyx is a premium expression from the esteemed vodka specialists. They distill this single estate vodka using a hand-operated copper still which dates back to 1921. This particular bottling of Absolut Elyx has been bottled at a slightly higher strength of 42.3% ABV.
Tasting Notes Nose: Clean, rich, rounded, fresh bread and notes of white chocolate and light cereal and with a deep mellow spice. Palate: Full-bodied, luscious silky mouthfeel with waves of rich macadamia nuts, creamed cereal, and garnishes of white chocolate and buttery notes of freshly baked bread.
