These are carefully hand foraged and dried in the Ungava Peninsula following a three-year picking cycle to ensure sustainable growth. The botanicals are slowly steeped for five weeks, allowing natural extraction of complex flavor. The final blend is a gin unlike any other – the rare botanicals give Ungava gin its signature color and its unmatched flavor.
Tasting Notes Nose: Fresh citrus zest and aromatic pine with an underlying spice note, typical of Nordic Juniper and Arctic Blend.
Taste: It reveals a style that is both lively and smooth, fresh and floral. It displays the fruity and lightly acidic notes of crowberry and wild rose hips. Labrador tea adds velvety smoothness to give length to the harmonious mix.
